Cleav's Membership Club packages will start June 12 and will run for 18 weeks. 
 
The 9 week commitment is $285.00 for pick-up in Hodgenville only and $330.00 for delivery to Lexington, Louisville, Fort Knox, Elizabethtown.
 
This is offered on a first come, first served basis.
